After a childhood and adulthood of improperly rehabbed injuries and repetitive stress, Aaron hit his breaking point. His entire kinetic chain was out of sync and disintegrated. The more he exercised the worse it became. He wanted to understand why. Aaron spent thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours seeking more information. But the more he learned, the more confused he became. What he needed was a strategy grounded in science and guidance rooted from professional experience and expertise. He spent the next year studying with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and gaining mentorship from a host of professionals. Aaron followed kinetic chain research all the way to the root of his dysfunction. Armed with an evidence-based strategy and the right information his body realigned. His knee stopped popping, his elbows stopped cracking and he found relief.
Aaron holds a NASM Elite certification and utilizes his experience to bring his clients relief from pain and strength to their entire kinetic chain. His work is comprehensive and intentional. His clients will learn to activate every part of their kinetic chain and integrate it to optimize their form and function. A body aligned is a body in flow.
